Ecstatic Dance

It’s a total freeform way to really feel into your body through movement and surrender, allowing your intuition to move your body in meditative form while focusing on the breath and intent of being present with the body.

The dance is for release, connection, community.

Our facilitators:

Rebecca Washburn: She founded Coastal Flow Ecstatic Dance, a growing community centered around movement, connection, and authentic self-expression. She is an experienced facilitator with a background in breathwork, meditation, yoga, and chakra work, Rebecca is also a licensed Professional Counselor and brings compassion and grounded approach to creating spaces where people can explore movement, presence and inner freedom.

Topie Cassady: Topie is well established in the dance community, attending Rebecca’s and other dances locally in Mobile and Daphne, she’s a very present and compassionate facilitator. She’s a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, Clinical Trauma professional, with training in addressing trauma integration with focus on the body.

Gypsy has experience in many modalities including, meditation, certified sound therapy, Reiki 1 &2, Quantum Healing Hands Reiki, mediumship, ecstatic dance certification, sound therapy, she started dancing in 2022 on her own then decided get certified to facilitate and in 2025 started gathering a community and joined up with Rebecca and Topie eventually becoming Coastal Flow Ecstatic Dance.
